Eagle Training provides instruction and consultation on a wide variety of topics pertaining to a law enforcement crisis negotiation team, as well as all aspects of the negotiation process. These instructional blocks vary in length from two to eight hours. A combination of topics can result in a refresher or advanced specialized course custom-fitted to the needs of your negotiation team and/or organization, varying in length from one to three days. All instruction is POST certified.

Consultation is also available to individual law enforcement agencies regarding the establishment and operation of a crisis negotiation team. Areas of consultation include the negotiation team as part of the agencies’ crisis management plan, the selection of personnel, the initial and subsequent training of negotiators, negotiator and team equipment and the organization and operation of the Negotiation Operations Center.
